Scottsdale Health Coach’s mission is to empower my clients to create an excellent quality of life & to joyfully complete their bucket lists.
I do this by helping my clients to create and implement a complete wellness life plan. This plan incorporates not only achieving and maintaining a healthy weight and an excellent level of physical fitness; but also assesses potential financial, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual wellness needs as well.
Scottsdale Health Coach combines my 22 years of Personal Training and award winning Wellness Consulting experience with Yoga Instruction and Health Coaching utilizing Take Shape for Life fueled by Medifast.
